Tariff & inclusions

(effective 1st July 2010)

Our boutique 2 bedroom cottages are fully self contained with each cottage having its own carport, spa bath and BBQ facilities. Cottages are fully serviced with all linen provided. There are shared laundry facilities for your personal items.

Nightly rates include a complimentary continental breakfast meaning the only thing you need to bring is food for lunch and dinner.

Nightly rates:

• - $130 for 1 person
• - $160 for 2 people
  
  

$20 per extra adult per night, $10 per extra child (2-12 years) per night.

Cottages sleep up to 6 people.

Weekly rates are available on request.

No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours and less of the arrival date (based on 2pm check in) attract a fee of 100% of the value of the booking unless the dates are able to be rebooked. Cancellations made 48 hours to 7 days prior to the arrival date attract a fee of 50% of the value of the booking unless the dates are able to be rebooked. Failure to arrive or departing prior to the completion of the booking will incur a fee of 100% of the tariff.
